I DIY-ed a set of Montessori Blue Constructive Triangles for the older boys.
Purpose of activity:
- Experience with right-angled triangles
- Symmetry (flipping the triangles)
- Copying (form patterns according to reference cards)
- Creativity (form own patterns)
There’re many combinations possible for the triangles. The reference cards help to get the kids started. Show the simpler ones first, before moving on.
